Terms and Conditions — Afilidado

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Afilidado, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Afilidado. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your country, including any local regulations on betting-related advertising and affiliate promotion.

3. What Afilidado is

Afilidado is a marketplace connecting betting and casino brands ("Brands") with affiliate partners such as streamers, tipsters, and content creators ("Partners"). We provide the tools to list deals, generate tracking links, report conversions, and communicate — we are not a party to any commercial agreement between a Brand and a Partner, and we do not guarantee the outcome, profitability, or performance of any deal.

4. Payments

Afilidado does not process, hold, or move funds between Brands and Partners. All payments are settled directly between the two parties, outside of the platform. Afilidado only tracks the status of payout requests that Brands and Partners record for their own reference. We are not responsible for a Brand's failure to pay, or a Partner's failure to deliver traffic as represented.

5. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Brand and Partner accounts require admin approval before certain features (such as publishing deals or joining campaigns) become available. We may take reasonable time to review new accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform.

6. Deals, campaigns, and tracking

• Brands are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, terms, and promotions they publish, and for honoring the commission structure they advertise.
• Partners are responsible for promoting deals honestly and in compliance with the deal's stated target markets and terms. Misrepresenting a deal, its terms, or your audience to a Brand is a violation of these Terms.
• Afilidado uses automated fraud detection on click traffic. Clicks flagged as fraudulent may not count toward a Partner's traffic quality score or a Brand's conversion reporting. Repeated fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

7. Verified channels

Partners may connect social media accounts (such as Telegram or X) for automatic verification of subscriber counts. You are responsible for the accuracy of any channel you connect or manually list, and for ensuring you have the right to represent that channel as your own.

8. Disputes

If a disagreement arises between a Brand and a Partner regarding a campaign — including payment, fraud concerns, or qualifying traffic — either party may file a dispute through the platform's Disputes feature. Disputes are reviewed by Afilidado's admin team. Filing a dispute through Afilidado is the primary channel for resolving disagreements arising from use of the platform, and we encourage users to raise issues here before pursuing other means.

Afilidado's review of a dispute is offered as a service to help resolve disagreements, but our decision does not constitute a legally binding arbitration ruling, and does not remove either party's rights under applicable law.

9. Content and conduct

Forum posts, blog posts, chat messages, and any other content you submit must not be unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate this.

10. Intellectual property

The Afilidado name, logo, and platform design are the property of Afilidado. Brands and Partners retain ownership of their own content (logos, descriptions, posts) but grant Afilidado a license to display that content on the platform as needed to operate the service.

11. Limitation of liability

Afilidado is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to unpaid commissions, disputes between Brands and Partners, or traffic performance.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
